Hey, I’m Chanel

I’m a professional photographer, a mum to an amazing little boy, and someone who’s just as happy in the heart of the city as I am on a quiet back road. I grew up in a small town in Ontario, Canada, but these days I’m loving life in New Zealand – especially leaving all that snow behind!

With a background in quantity surveying, I took a bit of a winding road into photography, but it led me right to where I’m meant to be. For the past six years, I’ve had the absolute joy of capturing love stories, big life moments, and families of all shapes and sizes.

What do I care about most? Making people feel comfortable in front of the camera. I know it can feel awkward at first, but I’m here to make it easy – and even fun – bringing out the real you and capturing it in a way that feels authentic.
